Learn about the importance of this garment that was worn by women of all
classes. The Friday evening program will cover the social history and
construction details of the garment and also include an opportunity to
view an original gown from the 18th century.
The Friday evening program is free and open to the public, but
pre-registration is encouraged.
The three-day workshop will guide participants through the making of the gown and is $295. Pre-registration is required and space is limited. Registration opens at noon on Saturday, February 22 at https://atthesignofthegoldenscissors.com/pages/workshops
